UPSC notified CSAT-2012 (Prelim) on 04.02.2012 in its website inviting the IAS-apirants to apply online at http://upsconline.nic.in/mainmenu2.php. Last date for submitting online form is 05.03.2012. As on 4th and 5th of March upsc server was not accessible to everyone, the last date was extended upto 08.03.2012.
